Plant Manager

Description An industry leader in the food and dairy industry is in need of a Plant Manager to lead this plant!  Responsibilities:   Developing and implementing an operational strategic plan, policies and practices to meet, quality, food safety, capacity, service and financial/cost/budget expectations. Acting as liaison to develop a culture of employee engagement, building employee relations, and appropriately training/developing employees. Acting as liaison to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies such as: OHSA, FDA, USDA and EPA. Responsibility for overall food safety and employee safety.   Establishing, monitoring and leading efforts to meet key performance metrics. Occasional travel needed up to 33% of the time.    Requirements:   Bachelor Degree in food or dairy or related field of study. 5+ years of similar manufacturing experience. Experience with OSHA, FDA, EPA, or USDA needed. Ability to create operational strategic plans Responsibility of quality, food safety, financial/budgets and culture of the plant.
Salary Range: $110K - $120K
Minimum Qualification
5 - 7 years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
